1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location. Typical delivery windows:

Swift Styler offers simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $3.99

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75

  • Special shipping discounts may apply during promotions or seasonal sales.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

  • If you have not received your tracking number within 5 days of ordering, contact us at support@swiftstyler.com.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Swift Styler is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to no one being available to receive the package

  • Lost items caused by courier errors after confirmed delivery

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in your order or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed:

✔ First, check your tracking link
✔ Then contact the carrier using your tracking number
✔ If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us at support@swiftstyler.com

We will do our best to assist, but Swift Styler is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
